Implementation & Service Terms

Project terms for IronTrack deployments

IronTrack is implemented as a custom operational system for each client. It is not sold as a generic self-serve subscription product. These terms explain the structure of project scope, hosting, maintenance, and post-launch service.

Custom Implementation

IronTrack is configured around each client’s workflow, handoffs, departments, and operational requirements.

One-Time Development Fee

The initial implementation is billed as a project-based development fee, not as a monthly subscription.

Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting and optional maintenance are handled separately after launch through ongoing service arrangements.

1. Service Model

IronTrack is delivered as a custom-configured operational software environment implemented by MSSTODAY for the client’s business use. It is not marketed or delivered as a generic plug-and-play subscription product.

Each implementation may vary based on the client’s workflow, stages, approvals, department structure, document requirements, and operational visibility needs.

2. Project Scope

The initial implementation includes only the features, workflow logic, interfaces, reports, modules, integrations, and deliverables specifically included in the written proposal, estimate, or project agreement.

Any request outside the approved scope, including workflow expansion, new modules, new integrations, additional reports, structural changes, or process redesign, may require a separate estimate, timeline, and written approval.

3. Fees and Payment Structure

IronTrack implementation is billed as a one-time development and deployment project fee unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

This fee may cover agreed services such as discovery, workflow mapping, interface development, system configuration, implementation setup, launch preparation, and any other items specifically listed in the project scope.

Monthly subscription language does not apply unless separately stated in writing for a specific service component.

4. Hosting Terms

Hosted IronTrack environments are deployed on secure AWS infrastructure or comparable approved hosting environments selected by MSSTODAY unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Hosting fees, when applicable, are billed separately from the one-time development fee. Hosting may include server resources, environment continuity, routine uptime oversight, and infrastructure-level administration as defined by the service arrangement.

Hosting services remain active only while the required hosting fees are current.

5. Maintenance and Post-Launch Support

Maintenance is not assumed to continue indefinitely unless covered by an active maintenance or service agreement.

Optional maintenance programs may be made available after launch. Depending on the selected arrangement, maintenance may include bug fixes, minor adjustments, technical support, approved updates, and operational follow-up.

Enhancements, expansions, redesigns, or new functionality requests may fall outside standard maintenance and may require separate scoping and approval.

Important Clarification

IronTrack is not sold as generic SaaS

IronTrack is implemented around each client’s real process. The initial cost is a project-based development and implementation fee. Ongoing hosting and optional maintenance are handled separately after launch.

6. Client Responsibilities

Timely input

The client is responsible for providing timely workflow information, business rules, approvals, decision-making, and project feedback needed to complete implementation.

Testing and validation

The client is responsible for reviewing agreed deliverables, testing workflow behavior, and confirming whether implementation aligns with the approved scope.

Operational adoption

Successful results depend on internal use, process adoption, and the client’s willingness to operate within the implemented workflow model.

7. Intellectual Property and Usage

Unless otherwise defined in a written agreement, IronTrack, its underlying software structure, implementation methods, interface patterns, and system logic remain the property of MSSTODAY.

The client receives the right to use the implemented system in accordance with the approved project arrangement and any applicable hosting or maintenance terms.

8. Service Limitations

MSSTODAY is not responsible for delays or issues caused by missing client input, third-party service outages, client-managed infrastructure, unsupported third-party dependencies, or unauthorized modifications made outside the approved implementation process.

Operational outcomes may also depend on internal staff participation, process compliance, and the accuracy of the workflow information provided by the client.

Final Note

Built to fit real operations

IronTrack is designed for structured operational control in real industrial environments. These terms are intended to clarify how projects are delivered, how hosting is handled, and how support can continue after launch.
